Warranty

Lifetime warranty on all bumpers from welds to fitment. Even if you hit something so hard
that it bends or breaks the bumper we will be more than happy to fix or replace it with a new
one as long as you pay for the shipping of the bumper being shipped from your place to
ours and from our place back to you. We will even repaint the bumper for free; it will be a
brand new bumper when it leaves us. Everything metal is under warranty except for paint
and rust. Our paint is applied at no additional charge when the bumper is first ordered.
While our paint is second to none it is possible to be chiseled or hammered off just like any
other paint. Our packaging and/or crating process preps our bumpers to be shipped very
long distances, but there are some occasions where the shipping company will damage the
paint by running a fork lift into it. We go through every step to have this not happen and we
accept no responsibility in the event that it does happen. Black Ops Bumpers includes the
Duralast paint coating at no cost. In the event that the paint on your bumper does get
damaged by the shipping company we will refund $100.00 to you so you can take it to your
local spray-in bed liner shop to be fixed. The reason we do this is because to have it
shipped back to us and then back to you would cost an additional $500.00 to $600.00. This
scenario is very rare to occur but possible. Any damage must be reported to us within 48
hours of receiving the bumper.
